<p>I am highly disappointed with NUK's customer service. I have always purchased NUK products because of their good quality, despite the fact that they are often a lot more expensive than other brands. </p> <p>Recently my veiws have changed... I bought my baby a NUK dummy chain about three months ago. My baby is 5 months old, so it not moving around too much yet. The clip of the chain broke and I found the small plastic piece in his bouncy chair. This concerned me a lot as he could have easily choked on it. I contacted NUK, and was disappointed with the service I recieved. They expected me to take the broken chain to a Baby City so they could send a representitive to have a look. I am a working mom, with a young baby and do not have time to run around like that. </p> <p><br />Today, after giving my baby his bottle, I went to wash it and it somehow has become distorted and has lost its shape. ... Is this what i'm paying NUK prices for? I expect better quality than that. I will most definitely not be purchasing anymore NUK products and will warn my friends to stay away as well. Bad quality and bad customer service on top of that!</p>

Unfortunately without seeing the soother chain we are unable to see if there is a product flaw. By receiving the chain we will be able to establish if there is a need for us to further evaluate all soother chains. If there is no flaw in the product we also like to see the item so we can assist the Customer to ensure that the same situation doesn’t reoccur and thus we avoid further frustration.
We unfortunately cannot comment on your bottle either as we have not seen it. Please feel free to drop both items off at you convenience at your nearest Baby City Store where they can be collected for further evaluation.
