Absolutely pathetic customer service! I have requested a return with makro due to the product being faulty a full month ago. Other than an automatic response I have heard nothing from them aside for meaningless apologies and empty promises. I have followed up 6 times and have had no luck. I recommend you don't shop at Makro as it'll cause more inconvenience than anything else!
Vodacom are totally useless! After being promised a certain deal and then going back on their word, I complained. I received a courtesy call over a week ago to find out what the issue was and was promised they would get back to me shortly. Haven't heard a word since. Seems Vodacom would prefer if I moved to a different service provider...
I am so unimpressed and frustrated with Vodacom's customer service and retention department. After waiting for a response from the upgrade department and not hearing back for a couple days, I eventually got put through to retentions when I called them again. I was offered a better deal, which I accepted but was told it needed to be approved before going ahead. When I did hear back from them, the offer I was given was not what I had originally been offered or agreed to. After arguing about this with the sales person, I asked to please be sent the recording of the phone conversation to see what was actually offered to me but was told he couldn't help with that and I need to phone another department to see if they might be able to help. There is no way I would have agreed to the offer that he came back with the second time as I have set a budget for myself and that was out of my budget. I tried to explain why the package made no sense and why the offer I received from another service provider was a better offer, but was continuously interrupted and was not given the opportunity to explain myself. I do not have time to keep phoning Vodacom, to be put on hold and go round in circles. Seems like it's time to move away from Vodacom as they are not interested as keeping me as a customer even though I have been loyal to them for the past 10 years. I will also encourage my family and friends to move to a better service provider unless I am given satisfactory service promptly.
<p>I am highly disappointed with NUK's customer service. I have always purchased NUK products because of their good quality, despite the fact that they are often a lot more expensive than other brands. </p> <p>Recently my veiws have changed... I bought my baby a NUK dummy chain about three months ago. My baby is 5 months old, so it not moving around too much yet. The clip of the chain broke and I found the small plastic piece in his bouncy chair. This concerned me a lot as he could have easily choked on it. I contacted NUK, and was disappointed with the service I recieved. They expected me to take the broken chain to a Baby City so they could send a representitive to have a look. I am a working mom, with a young baby and do not have time to run around like that. </p> <p><br />Today, after giving my baby his bottle, I went to wash it and it somehow has become distorted and has lost its shape. ... Is this what i'm paying NUK prices for? I expect better quality than that. I will most definitely not be purchasing anymore NUK products and will warn my friends to stay away as well. Bad quality and bad customer service on top of that!</p>
