@arthurkaplanjewellers I handed in a pair of earrings on 6 January for repairs which were DEFECTIVE Despite all my mails, in store visits to your Eastgate branch , 4 months later I have had zero response from you and I am unable to reach anybody at your “head office”. Your lack of service is beyond shocking. Your jewellery is sub standard to say the least . How can your ”luxury” jewellery last less than two months. ? Worst of all is your complete lack of communication !!! Be warned when buying anything from Arthur Kaplan Jewellers you will have no recourse after your purchase.
