We purchased this leather couch expecting a high-quality product, but unfortunately, it has NOT met expectations.
Upon 2weeks late delivery after I was contacted on the 24th August (Sunday) in respect of payment to secure a specified delivery date that following week, the leather showed visible damage, including scratches and uneven texture, which indicates poor leather, material handling and/or manufacturing standards. Despite being advertised and promised as premium leather. Additionally the response from the both management (Phillip Wessels) and director's (Herman De Beer) of the company is unsatisfactory (do not have the decency to even respond to messages), no effective resolution offered. Given the price and expectations set by the Artmore brand, this purchase has been highly disappointing.
Overall, we would not recommend this product or the Artmore brand based on our experience.
