Extremely disappointed and frustrated! We took our TV in for repair, but instead of fixing it, the repairer caused even more damage. The screen panels were broken after the so-called repair, leaving the TV in worse condition than before. For weeks, no feedback from either the owner or the workers — no updates, no communication at all. To make matters worse, there are no cameras on the premises, which raises serious concerns about accountability. We paid in full for a complete assessment and damage report, but we never received the report — only a quotation listing some of the damages. After they completed repairs based on that quotation, they suddenly claimed there was additional damage that wasn’t mentioned before. This feels completely unprofessional and dishonest. Very poor service, no transparency, and no responsibility taken. I would strongly advise others to avoid this business.
We purchased this leather couch expecting a high-quality product, but unfortunately, it has NOT met expectations. Upon 2weeks late delivery after I was contacted on the 24th August (Sunday) in respect of payment to secure a specified delivery date that following week, the leather showed visible damage, including scratches and uneven texture, which indicates poor leather, material handling and/or manufacturing standards. Despite being advertised and promised as premium leather. Additionally the response from the both management (Phillip Wessels) and director's (Herman De Beer) of the company is unsatisfactory (do not have the decency to even respond to messages), no effective resolution offered. Given the price and expectations set by the Artmore brand, this purchase has been highly disappointing. Overall, we would not recommend this product or the Artmore brand based on our experience.
