Damaged Stock supp**** knowing By ArtSolar

I placed an order for Solar panels. Whent he stock arrived the first panel on the pallet was cracked. Triton Express confirmed that they do not repack the stock, only collect and delivery.

There is not evidence of damage on the pallet or the underside of the panel. This points tot he fact that ArtSolar supp**** a damaged solar panel. There is no investigation from ArtSolar.

They are a local manufacturer of solar panels, which is good for the SA economy but if they are not going to get their service quality up then they will not meet the requirements when compared to the other imports.

At this point in time I will not use them again. I would rather look at other agents of solar panels and solar equipment.
