Poor workmanship and service from Schoolwear SA
Schoolwear SA (Centurion) cannot provide quality garments. They provide perfect samples for approval. Once approved and payment made the supply of the garments no where reflect the quality of the samples provided. They have taken 4 months to supply and resupply the garments but still no improvement in the quality. Once the money is paid one struggles to get hold of them for updates and even after supplying the garments twice with poor workmanship they are refusing the refund.

Damaged Stock supp**** knowing By ArtSolar
I placed an order for Solar panels. Whent he stock arrived the first panel on the pallet was cracked. Triton Express confirmed that they do not repack the stock, only collect and delivery. There is not evidence of damage on the pallet or the underside of the panel. This points tot he fact that ArtSolar supp**** a damaged solar panel. There is no investigation from ArtSolar. They are a local manufacturer of solar panels, which is good for the SA economy but if they are not going to get their service quality up then they will not meet the requirements when compared to the other imports. At this point in time I will not use them again. I would rather look at other agents of solar panels and solar equipment.

Poor Service
Had called the 3 plumbers in the morning regarding a replacement of a drain pipe. Drain Surgeon was the last to come out and assess. The guys that came would not climb out of their vehicle and expected my wife to come over to them. They did not want to do the work that was asked, but wanted to just unblock the drain. They refused to leave after they were told that they needed to give a quote for the work that was asked to be done initally. They then demanded a call out fee. A couple of days later I got an invoice for the call out fee. This is even after phoning the office and explaining whatthe situation was. After several emails and questioning regarding the call out fee, the emails keep getting passed on, with no response from the responsible person. Other plumbers had come earlier before Drain Surgeon. Had a look, gave recommendations and a price indication, with no call out fee. Nothing had been said previously that there was a call out fee.
