On the 28 Jan 2026, I enquired about buying a clutch padel bracket for a Renault Sandero. The response was prompt, was asked to forward info and pictures and it was confirmed that the part was available. I proceeded to order and pay for the part. The part was delivered but it was such a disappointment coz it is made of cheap plastic and when fitted, the cable snaps out of place every 2 mins meaning it’s not compatible. I’ve sent them an e-mail explaining this and enquiring of the return and refund as the part is useless. I’ve been ignored, my e-mails not acknowledged. I want my money back and for them to take this part back coz clearly it’s a manufacture fault for the bracket not to hold the force of clutching.

Poor poor and poor products i wont even recommended
I had a bad experience with their parts.I bought engine mount brand new for Renault kwid is not even a week first day i start driving the car .Engine mount is damaged .They are selling fokong parts .Please watch out.I was happy when i was enquiring about the parts not knowing that i am throwing my money inside the bin
