Bad customer service by owner himself

This is the worse service i have ever had from a dealership. I bought a vehicle from Ashwin Sewpersad the owner of ASCC which had a problem with the gearbox. I phoned him in December 2022 to report the problem and he suggested that I should take it to a mechanic to have a look at it. After the mechanic had a look , he told me that the gearbox had too much as well as the wrong oil in it. I then phoned Mr.Ashwin Sewpersad how told me that I should get it fixed and he will refund me the expense. It is now April 2023 and despite asking again and again for my refund of R 6392.85, he ignores my whatsApp and emails. For someone selling hi-end vehicles this type of service is unacceptable.
