I totally agree with Morne. I have been trying to get stock from Thomas Wheeler since 17 September 2024. I also am getting the same answer. He is waiting for 600 units that will land in a week, or he just need to register 80 units then he will send it. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Hi , On the 28 March 2023 i bought a PC board from Ruan Gerber of Optima ink for R 11500.00, he use to work for Mimaki ( GSW ) in JHB. on The 29 March 2023 i received a board from Quinton of Tech Support Services. Firstly i noticed that the board was second hand and on closer inspection the board was broken. I contacted Ruan Gerber ( 083 392 7201 ) as well as Quinton ( 082 328 3846 ) numerous times without any positive response. Eventually i got hold of Ruan how offered to make two (2) payments of R 5750.00 . He made one ( 1 ) payment on 5 April 2023. I also needed a Y motor so i WhatsApp Ruan to ask if he can help in a last attempt to get my money back on 25 April 2023. He said he could help price R8500.00. I said i will make payment of the difference once i received the motor. Motor arrived from George on 10May 2023 only to it find secondhand and the courier charge me R 450.00. Ruan does not answer any of my calls. Why you would send someone a broken motor is beyond me. Quinton never came back to me nor does he answer any of my calls. These guys do not belong in business.
This is the worse service i have ever had from a dealership. I bought a vehicle from Ashwin Sewpersad the owner of ASCC which had a problem with the gearbox. I phoned him in December 2022 to report the problem and he suggested that I should take it to a mechanic to have a look at it. After the mechanic had a look , he told me that the gearbox had too much as well as the wrong oil in it. I then phoned Mr.Ashwin Sewpersad how told me that I should get it fixed and he will refund me the expense. It is now April 2023 and despite asking again and again for my refund of R 6392.85, he ignores my whatsApp and emails. For someone selling hi-end vehicles this type of service is unacceptable. Attached is the whatsApp i have send him on 30 March 2023 without any response.
<div>Terrible!!!Terrible Service. After they could not deliver on the artwork they send for approval in March 2021 , we changed the artwork in May 2021. We paid the deposit and was told that stock would be ready in 3-4 weeks. With close to no communication to their part and a lot of phone calls they confirmed by email that the parcel was ready for collection on 18 August 2021. We received the 147 items of which 41 was faulty and had to be send back. They collected it on 23 September 2021. On 3 November2021 we had to send a mail to find out what is going on. We got a response on the 9th of November that it will be ready on the 12th November 2021.After we checked the items we found that only 20 of the 21 came back. Again we phoned and Sheryl-Ann the lady that we dealt with from the start was not available and left a message. I do not think that she will phone me back not will her manager as this is not the first time i have tried to get hold of the. Why am i posting this? Because it is unacceptable , low quality service that does not belong in any business.</div>
