Aggressive shouting and screaming by Sphe when asked about results for a procedure charged

I have been a consistent patron of the hospital on multiple occasions . I was screamed at by an extremely unprofessional Sister SPHE , saying that she is annoyed, simply because I asked her why I was charged for a procedure and there are no results. She kept changing the answer. At first she said the doctor didn't write any notes, then she said it's probably normal because no medicine was prescribed, to I don't know I'm just working the night shift.

I was confused by her different answers so I asked for further clarity and if i would get results . She became loud, screaming aggressively and started shouting and when i asked her to calm down and not to scream because I simply asked why there are there no formal results for a charged procedure ,she said shes annoyed by my questioning, and I'm not letting her finish. When she continued to shout, 2 out of the 3 other receptionists started shouting and speaking in Zulu and fighting in the background like a gang as she tried to get back up. It became a circus as she screamed her way at me, backing off into the theatre until several collegues had to calm her down and escourt her away. She was screaming uncontrollably inside the theatre. My family and I were horrified and shocked by her unprofessional aggression. She then said she will scream and shout because nobody can talk to her like that and began cursing .She requires further training on how to engage with clients and counseling.
