Cancellation was quick and easy with Bradley who was very helpful and understanding however the premium monthly was not competitive and extremely exorbitant compared to other insurance companies.
I have made multiple purchases and stored these coins at safe custody with Scoin. When I asked to have them delivered to me and removed from safe custody in mid November, I have received no concrete arrangements to have them delivered over a month later, to date. I have received emails asking for the same information multiple times and a courtesy phone call apologizing for their delay without reason, that they are following " protocols " however no communication, clarity or transparency on their process. To date, no delivery despite repeated requests.
I have been a consistent patron of the hospital on multiple occasions . I was screamed at by an extremely unprofessional Sister SPHE , saying that she is annoyed, simply because I asked her why I was charged for a procedure and there are no results. She kept changing the answer. At first she said the doctor didn't write any notes, then she said it's probably normal because no medicine was prescribed, to I don't know I'm just working the night shift. I was confused by her different answers so I asked for further clarity and if i would get results . She became loud, screaming aggressively and started shouting and when i asked her to calm down and not to scream because I simply asked why there are there no formal results for a charged procedure ,she said shes annoyed by my questioning, and I'm not letting her finish. When she continued to shout, 2 out of the 3 other receptionists started shouting and speaking in Zulu and fighting in the background like a gang as she tried to get back up. It became a circus as she screamed her way at me, backing off into the theatre until several collegues had to calm her down and escourt her away. She was screaming uncontrollably inside the theatre. My family and I were horrified and shocked by her unprofessional aggression. She then said she will scream and shout because nobody can talk to her like that and began cursing .She requires further training on how to engage with clients and counseling.
This is a ****. Asked the lady named " Bianca Goodhouse " for a live video call of herself and the puppies selected and she refused to comply citing excuses of not being comfortable, busy and then stating that she is religious and God fearing. Even gave an ID copy which probably belongs to someone else. Her voice over the phone however is inconsistent with the race of the person on the ID . Wanted payment and promises delivery of puppies to the door. Even sends videos of the puppies , likely a worker on the breeders property involved in the ****.
I have cancelled my contract, over a month after it had expired on the 4th October 2022. Unfortunately despite informing retentions@mtn.co.za and them officially acknowledging the cancelation, they continue to debit my account at the end of November, more than 20 working business days later.
Gateway branch: Members of staff sitting and standing idolly congregating(4 on the corner of store entrance within 10cm apart,some wearing masks not covering their noses) with no social distancing practised. The irony is that the store policy is to screen and crowd control customers at the entrance but some staff not practising safe health standards themselves! The store was extremely quiet. Other staff members sitting behind large glass screens with no customers in the store (at 5pm), and are still reluctant and seemed annoyed to see a customer when asked. A very hostile member of staff ,Llewellyn,upon my turn in the queue outside, asked me in a very policeman like, uninviting and resistive manner, to answer MULTIPLE interrogative questions about my reasons for wanting to purchase a router, outside, in the presence of other public. I was made to feel as if I am not allowed in the store unless I can tell him whether I want a contract or prepaid sim card immediately and if I had my ID to get the contract. I had not even decided ! I tried explaining that I want to discuss these two options with someone because I want to evaluate my options. He continued in a manner that gave me the impression that I'm not welcome inside and continued discussing why some sim cards are not compatible etc with the router outside! I had to eventually ask him directly whether I have permission to purchase a router and if I am allowed to enter the very empty store to discuss my options with a consultant. Felt vulnerable discussing my requirements outside with others queuing behind me. I understand and respect the policy procedures, especially during the pandemic, but feel that the manner in which I was addressed was that I am some potential hazard and therefore unwelcome as a customer! Then I had to endure been stared at by 3 men of the staff while I spoke to the young lady inside the store.Eventually I was permitted to see Buyo. The service from Buyo was very good and informative .Llewellyn made me feel uncomfortable, vulnerable and I didnt feel that I wanted to purchase the router which is why I went there in the first place! I understand the male members of staff are seemingly petrified of covid and potential infection from customers, but they should not be so hostile to customers and stand so close to each other either!
<p>Phoned to merely enquire about services.</p> <p>The receptionist Charmaine was extremely sarcastic and temperamental and very hot headed. Terrible representative for a service unique to our country.</p>
