I have had many experiences of bad service but none of those experiences would beat the service I got from this panel shop. They have zero communication skills (both verbal and written). They do not call, send SMS's or email to give you any kind of progress report on how far they are with fixing your car. You will call numerous times and on most occasions nobody will answer. However, this is not surprising because when they do answer you will find that you car has been sitting, collecting dust and no work has been on it. WARNING: if your insurance says take your car to Ashlee's Panel Shop, say NO and look for another panel shop that will actually treat you like a paying client and put you and your car first.
