The worst experience received and also not reliable and not trust worthy. My insurance recommend Ashlee panelbeaters"meaning I took my car to the S**** yard" everything is falling apart since I got my car. All the paint on inside of the car seats the repair they said they did no difference at all. My sides lamp are falling I am even scared that the back bumper is also gonna fall while I am driving. No communication at all from them all their do is to lie and come with excuses.My car was the for two weeks and days for only minor scratch and the front bumper was not done. I don't trust them even our parts from my car I feel like it was taken off. Please remove /take this panelbeaters the certificate/licence so that their don't touch anyone1's car

I have had many experiences of bad service but none of those experiences would beat the service I got from this panel shop. They have zero communication skills (both verbal and written). They do not call, send SMS's or email to give you any kind of progress report on how far they are with fixing your car. You will call numerous times and on most occasions nobody will answer. However, this is not surprising because when they do answer you will find that you car has been sitting, collecting dust and no work has been on it. WARNING: if your insurance says take your car to Ashlee's Panel Shop, say NO and look for another panel shop that will actually treat you like a paying client and put you and your car first.

After my car was involved in a car accident November 2019, my insurer MiWay appointed Ashlee Panelshop as their preffered panelbeater. Since then I haven't received any feedback on the progress of the repairs until I went to their premises 8th January 2020 to find my car dusty and untouched. Allan, the guy who orders parts said all the parts has arrived on the 13th of December 2019 and he doesn't know why they haven't started any work on the car. The Ops manager Morgan told me he didn't know the parts had arrived and they will start the work right away and should be complete by friday the 17th of January 2020 if not they will lend me a Courtesy car to be mobile in the mean time. On the 22 January I went to their premises again due to not receiving any update on the progress of the repairs only to find out that they had just stripped the car and apparantely they didn't order door hinges and they are still waiting for them to be delivered so they can start with the repairs and don't have the estimated time of completion and don't have any Courtesy car to lend me as they promised me.

If I could rate them less I would. They kept my car for almost a month to repair a bumper. They use silly non informative smses to keep you updated on the progress and they are impatient with you when you call. The service is a joke and they suprise you with hidden costs on collectionof your vehicle. That being said the repair was flawless. This however does not make up for the poor service as many companies can repair your car well and still be quick and efficient

<p> I received really poor service and I feel there was no coordination. My car was brought in on the 21 May 2017 and I got it on the 22May 2017. first I was told the car would be ready on the 12 May and as I awaited the last call to in order to collect my car was told that there was an issue with the color I was disappointed considering I chose this panel beater to avoid such nonsense. </p>

My motor staan al vanaf die 21ste Oktober by Ashlee Panelshop. My vesekering het my met die dag van die ongeluk na hulle verwys. Die eerste kwotasie van Ashlee Panelshop is nie deur die versekering aanvaar nie en ek het twee nuwe kwotasies aangevra by ander paneelkloppers. Die versekerings maatskappy het n ander kwotasie aanvaar en hulle het opdrag gegee dat die motor van Ashlee Panelshop verwyder moet word. Deon van Ashlee Panelshop het toe gese dat hulle die motor vir n aansienlike verminderde kwotasie sal herstel. Wat die selfde bedrag is as een van die ander paneelkloppers. Na baie oproepe na Deon kry ons nie terug voer nie!! Ashlee Panelshop gee duidelik nie om of n mens se voertuig n jaar in hulle werkswinkel staan nie!! Hulle diens is baie swak en doen glad nie wat hulle belowe nie!! Ek gaan seker maak ander kliente is bewus van hulle swak diens en ek gaan nie die saak hier los nie!!
