<p>AT FIRST I WAS AT AUTOPAGE TILL END OF MARCH 2016. MTN DID SEND ME THERE DETAILS AND I DID MADE PAYMENTS INTO THERE ACCOUNT!! IT SEEMS LIKE THERE IS A PROPBLEM WITH THERE ACC NUMBERS AND MTN BLOCK THE LINE SINCE THE BEGINNING OF JULY 2016. THE SAME DAY I REALISED THE NUMBER HAS BEEN BLOCKED I WENT TO A MTN BRANCH AND SUBMITT ALL MY PAYMENTS TO THEM. THE CONSULTANT DID SEND IT TO THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT!! THEY SEND ME A SMS ON THE 10 OF AUGUST THAT THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND IT WILL TOOK 2-24 HOURS TO USE THE NUMBER AGAIN!! AND UP TILL NOW STILL WAITING!!</p>
STILL WAITING FOR THE EXCESS AMOUNT TO BE PAID BACK!! I DID PHONE THE OFFICE AND THEY SAID IT CAN TAKE FROM 6 TO 12 MONTHS TO BE PAID BACK!! THE EXCUSE IS THAT THEY SAID THEY STILL WAITING FOR THE PAPERWORK FROM THE PANELSHOP. I DID PHONE THE PANESHOP WHO FIX THE CAR AND THEY SAID THAT ANDERSON INSURANCE ARE NOT PAYING THE INVOICE!! IT SEEMS LIKE ADERSON INSURANCE ARE NOT DOING THERE PART FOR THERE CUSTOMERS!! THE BEST PART IS THAT THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED ON OCTOBER 2015!!! AND IT WAS NOT MY FAULT!! THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY THE EXCESS AMOUNT BEFORE THE CAR CAN BE FIX BUT THEN YOU MUST WAIT UP TO 12 MONTHS!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!<br>
My car is standing since 21 October 2015 at Ashlee Panel Shop!! The same day of the accident. And it is a struggle since that day to settle my claim!! Nothing has been done to my car!! First Anderson did not accept Ashlee Panel Shop Quotation and after many phone calls it seems like i must do Anderson Insurance work for them!! I wasn't the guilty party in the accident but nothing has been done by Anderson to finish this claim!! But they are quick to collect premiums!! I'M NOT GOING TO ACCEPT THIS AND WILL TAKE FURTHER STEPS!!<br> Anderson Insurance cant communicate properly with customers!! PLEASE DO YOUR JOB!!
My motor staan al vanaf die 21ste Oktober by Ashlee Panelshop. My vesekering het my met die dag van die ongeluk na hulle verwys. Die eerste kwotasie van Ashlee Panelshop is nie deur die versekering aanvaar nie en ek het twee nuwe kwotasies aangevra by ander paneelkloppers. Die versekerings maatskappy het n ander kwotasie aanvaar en hulle het opdrag gegee dat die motor van Ashlee Panelshop verwyder moet word. Deon van Ashlee Panelshop het toe gese dat hulle die motor vir n aansienlike verminderde kwotasie sal herstel. Wat die selfde bedrag is as een van die ander paneelkloppers. Na baie oproepe na Deon kry ons nie terug voer nie!! Ashlee Panelshop gee duidelik nie om of n mens se voertuig n jaar in hulle werkswinkel staan nie!! Hulle diens is baie swak en doen glad nie wat hulle belowe nie!! Ek gaan seker maak ander kliente is bewus van hulle swak diens en ek gaan nie die saak hier los nie!!
Just after the accident Anderson Insurance instruct us that the car must be towed to Ashlee Panelshop because they are the Ford approved dealer. After we recieved the quotation Anderson said that the accessor will go and look at the car in tree days time. After two days we recieved a call telling us that the car will be written off. There where no accessor at the car and when asking them Ricardo said that the accessor is working from photos that we send them. According to Ashlee Panelshop the cost to repair the car is in line with the maximum amount to be paid by Anderson Insurance. After we send them a much cheaper quote from two other panelshops they told us that they not going to pay the full amount of even the best quote. It seems like that Anderson Insurance like to collect premiums but when claims must be settled and processed they have different stories every day!! There service is very poor and the consultants doesn't know what is going on with procedures!! I will make sure nobody will support this company!!!
