Response is quick and the consultant was wonderful and absolutely pleasurable to deal with.
One of my Vodacom lines were discontinued without my knowledge or consent. I have been phoning their customer care line for the past three weeks, to date the issue has not been finalised. Further to that, there is an extra R700 added to my bill and I have also contacted them countless of time about this and yet again, no assistance from their customer care. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. The staff is rude, not willing to assist and now follow ups are done. It is as if Vodacom is suddenly running a ****a shop with very bad customer service. At this point the best thing is for all of us to leave Vodacom and move to other networks because they clearly do not value a single customer that they have.
I am a first-time car buyer and therefore this is my first insurer. I was in the unfortunate position of being involved in an accident. The way Dotsure handled the entire situation was top tier. I have had many experiences of bad service but none of those experiences would beat the service I got from this panel shop. They have zero communication skills (both verbal and written). They do not call, send SMS's or email to give you any kind of progress report on how far they are with fixing your car. You will call numerous times and on most occasions nobody will answer. However, this is not surprising because when they do answer you will find that you car has been sitting, collecting dust and no work has been on it. WARNING: if your insurance says take your car to Ashlee's Panel Shop, say NO and look for another panel shop that will actually treat you like a paying client and put you and your car first.
