CHANGE YOUR MANAGER AND SUNDAY CARVERY IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

My family and I went to have the SUNDAY CARVEY - worst Experience EVER!! We complained to the manager , he then said he feeds over 600 people and we were the 1st ones to complain , then he goes and says he can’t refund “me” because his not sure what I am trying to achieve !!! So arrogant and rude to stereotype me to think I just wanted my money back The coffee I ordered was horrible I am a coffee ***** and I know a good one from bad and he said it’s basically trial and error because of the new machine? And then he added to say this is not a taste taste so we can’t eat of the food and give it back but I literally had a small bite of each thing on my plate how else would I know if it’s good or bad If I don’t taste it ? Ridiculous!!! For a “family” restaurant you would think they would be more understanding
