I bought an expansive pair of asics shoes at sportmans warehouse on the 2/11/2024, knowing from past experiences that this brand of shoe is sufficient quality and would service me for a long time. In April 2025 I notice some damage starting to show , first only on the one shoe making me think that I could of damaged it some how but then after a while the other shoe also started showing the same damage. Because I live 2hours away from the nearest store, it was only possible to take in the shoes for complaint on the 30/5/2025. The store took the shoes and send it back to the supplier for inspection afterwhitch the store contact me with the news that the supplier willnot be exchange the shoes because it is outside of the 6month period. I then explained to the lady that I live far away from the store and although it is only 28 day's over the 6months period, that tipe of damage does not appear overnight. The damage started before the 6month period was over but because I live far away it was not possible the bring in earlier. I am very disappointed in Acics SA and please note that you have lost a client for life. When you spend a fortune on shoes one should expect it to last a long time, ontherwise I can go for cheaper brands and wear new shoes every 6monts. Never in my life will me or my family buy asics, unless you make it right.
