Used my Beekman timeshares to book a self-catering unit. Checked-in on 24 Dec 2021, and ordered in.
On 25 Dec 2021 while trying to prepare our meal, we realised the oven was not working and the technician was not able to fix it.
Sadly, instead of offering us a meal, we were offered a 50% discount off the restaurant menu, which I foumd absurd and unfortunate. They basically want me to split the cost of food they they failed to ensure their equipment was in full working order.
This place has no respect for guests.
