Very bad service from Makro Online , my order OD436758037278194100 was partially delivered. Makro has not provided any updates regarding the remaining item.
I had made reservations for 2 Family Rooms telephonically at ANEW Vulintaba Hotel in Newcastle. One of the reservation number is 299338002 [26/07/24-28/07/24]. When making reservations, I was told that I could pay on arrival using my credit card. On the eve of my arrival [25/07/24] I received an email that my reservations were cancelled due to non-payment. When I enquired, I was told that the hotel had sent me an email about a payment which is absurd as payment would have been made on arrival. So we were kicked-out of the hotel, just like that. Unfair treatment and very unprofessional!

Very frustrated with Momentum, One Claim and their suppliers/contractors. I am being sent from pillar to post by Momentum and One Claim after registering my claim for lightning damage. I am being **** to about contractors claiming to have made attempts to call me. I am being **** to by Momentum consultants not honoring their promises to get back to me with updates. Very frustrated at the moment!
*The Kingdom Resort Unable to Manage Unruly Guests*. We checked in on 16 June 2023. Objective was to spend quite time with family and rest. However, we experienced an issue with unruly guests partying and playing loud music late at night. The Kingdom Resort's personnel were not able/willing to help.
Ithuba and National Lottery consultants are a bunch of incompetent fools. Without any prior notification to customers, they decided to implement FICA documentation requirements. I submitted my documentation and they rejected my proof of address. Their consultant, Knowledge Tsherendza, confirmed on 15/12/2022 that my proof was correct, but later in the day I get an email informing me my proof is not the same as what I had initially submitted. They did not properly read the proof of address which shows both my Stand and ERF numbers. Now I am locked out of the account. What a bunch of incompetent fools..!
Checkers60 is not reliable. Placed an order (order no 34879670) at 18h30 on 13 December 2022. Initial ETA was 19h01 which kept changing. At 19h29, the ETA was showing 20h08 a clear indication that I would not get my order. Tried to call their call centre number but there was no answer. Very poor service by Checkers!!
The service provided by Greyhound/Citiliner Coach lines is very poor, actually there is no service at all. While travelling to Newcastle on 21 Sept 2022, I boarded a bus in Midrand at 06h50. We were taken to the Johannesburg Park station where we had to switch busses, but had wait until 10h10 - so we spent 2.5 hours waiting!! There was no communication regarding this and their call centre is useless!!
Horrible experience with Absa Private Bank so called relationship manager Gift Mothiba. Begging him to assist me to start repaying my student loan. Its been more than 2 weeks being sent from pillar to post + not responding to emails.
Realised that the product purchased from Old Khaki had defects (after having worn it twice!!). Service from Old Khaki Atterbury & Cape Union Mart Customer Service was superb! They responded to my email within hours, and exchanged the product without any hassle!
