Bad service and lack of communication Astra furnished store in Delmas On the 19 December 2025 I bought a cosmic gloss 4pce kitchen unit and stove univa 116 black with storage drawer,they didn't tell me that they don't have any of this things in the store they said they have them at warehouse.😒😒😒They said they will deliver them on the 23rd of December but they didn't and they didn't say anything until I call them they told me that the don't have that kitchen unit anymore,They said to me can they give me the one that they display with in the store they will replace the new one when the warehouse opens 😡😡😡they didn't say anything about the stove they just bring the kitchen unit only they didn't say anything again about the stove.I ask the deliver guy about the stove they said the manager will call me I waited for the call I until I decided to call him he said to me they don't have the stove in the store they will bring the stove when they come and change the kitchen unit in January 😏😏guess what they didn't say anything in weeks until I contacted their customer care,it when they decided to call me and told me that the warehouse are not open yet that time it was around the 15th of January which warehouse that the were not open during that time😒😒they only came on the 21st of January 2026 to change the kitchen unit because they know they have to debit their money,the didn't bring the stove again 🤯🤯the worse part was that they bring the small kitchen unit than they one they give us before and it got lots of damages 💔 😢 than the one they bought before, I told the deliver guys about that and they also saw what I was talking about they said they will tell the manager, after a week I decided to contact the guy who was help me in the store his name is Thando,he said to me he will tell the manager but he doesn't know if will attend me because the are busy in the store because is month end till today no one has contacted me about this issue😭😭😡😡😡😡

Sooo ****ed about the service their system and debiting customer even after the contact ended and always make it difficult for the customers refund and just don't care about the customer satisfaction. N******

Worst customer care. No one gets back to you. There website is apparently a problem, but yet, it is functional. Delivery fees on website faulty and you have to pay additional, even though the amount was added upon checkout. No confirmation emails, no invoice and you can ask your ears off for some feedback it does not happen.

I bought a bed for R5000 cash on 27.04.2025. when the floor lady was assisting me, I specifically said "I don't want the bed on display", she assured me that there was a bad in the storeroom. After paying, the sales lady was taking the same bed on display to the transport, we had a huge argument because I was specific about what I wanted and eventually she said since they couldn't refund me as it was a holiday then I must take that one on display and they will send the delivery people to come and exchange when the stock arrives. Indeed they came 2 weeks back with another one that already had it "legs" attached and less than 5 days after delivery, it was already making noise. This one is worse than the one I came back with initially and I honestly don't have time to keep going back to the store to complain. I think at this time you should just come and fetch your bed and give me my money back. How can I have a bed making funny noise in less than 3 weeks? So please Astra furniture mall, you either give me a proper bed or pay me so I can get a proper bed somewhere else

What a bad service from accounts and debts @ astra Kwaggafontein,no one is willing to take responsibility of my account since their tracking is always on wrong dates... Am no more enjoying my very own money in my banking account because I know astra will debit my money before the agreed date,,,every month I have been sent from pillar to post to get my refund....

Hello my name is Johanna Skosana we have a problem we bought a washing machine at Astra furniture and we finished paying it and it got broken so we called them.they took it to fix it but just because we payed half money for the TV that we still owe they have not return the machine they say we have to pay the TV 1st ..so our problem is we don't understand why they are holding the machine that we have finished paying for the TV that we payed the installment but not the Chargers for please help
