So on the 3rd of Dec...

So on the 3rd of December 2024 I ordered a defy oven at makro and delivery estimated date was the 9th of December 2025 but nothing happened on the 12 of December 2025 I went to makro at carnival to check the order since there is no movement on the order when I got there they told me That the order was cancelled by the coriour guy since they didn't have it in stock they will refund me OK I went back home Secunda hoping I will be refunded soon to get another oven but no it did not happened that way waited for the refund till Jan the 5th thousands calls where made with no valid or productive response till the 12of Jan 2026 the mananger processed the refund on the 12 of Jan 2026 to my suprise still no refund when I call now it's back to square one as they now claim that the person who was assisting me is on leave 2months down now with the oven saga not yet solve what a traumatic experience I'm having with them.

Makro it's a **** honestly how do I buy an oven on the 3rd of December 2025 up to today nothing has happened on the 12 of December 2025 I went there to makro and ask where was my order mind you I'm driving from Secunda to carnival makro and they told me that the order was coming from their market place seller what what order was cancelled they will refund me since then again nothing has happened I called in today they say order is ready to be shipped what is Makro doing to me or they ****med me

Sooo ****ed about the service their system and debiting customer even after the contact ended and always make it difficult for the customers refund and just don't care about the customer satisfaction. N******

I'm sooo disappointed in the service that they are offering I'm expecting and when I made enquiry about the process I was shocked and to imagine that I need to wait until I'm 38 weeks in order for them to process the payment to the hospital I booked for delivery, mind u now 33 weeks and I'm worried what happens if you deliver b4 that??? What happens if you need to hospitalised before time sooo u need to makes calls 1st b4 u can be attend to or u go to the public hospital I'm sooo worried and I'm just not enjoying this moment because of all the stress this is causing me.

Scammers

They called me the whole day just to scam promising to get me the best credit card deals only to find out that they were manipulating made it clear that Im not intrested in their stupid offer n***x they made a Debi check that I didn't approve trust me should they debit on my acc I will do whatever it takes to make the society aware of them I'm very passionate about that is my job nd I'm doing it very well as they were sooo passionate about annoying me the whole day I did that with the other company which is now closed down due to agent and fraud

Day light robbery

I was Sooo ****ed off today ???.I bought 3 tickets flights from Or to Cape town for R 6300 travelling with my disabled partner and my daughter we got a flat tire along the way we waited for almost an hour to get help as my husband is disabled he was unable to change the tire yet I'm pregnant and can't help,,,so we missed the flight OK tried to get to the next one which was an hour later but unfortunately we where told that we that we must pay an extra R7200,we ask for other options like refund and rebook but we were told that it's not possible and whats so ever mind you we were aware of the pelnaty fees but R7200 it's way expensive for a pelnaty on top R6300 so in all we paid SAA R13500 for a flight to Capetown.so to me it's like that R6000 has just been flushed off its that fair is this how you treat your passengers and have all the guts to tell us that "there's no valid reason to be late" we don't really matter like that???????

So today the lady who is taking orders at drive thru clearly doesn't want to work I prefer a street wise two ,all Star lunch box and a mojito and she asked me twice what was the last order and she repeated after me saying "Mojito" and when I collect my order the mojito wasn't there so why was she asking me if she knew she wasn't gonna place it.Girl ur attitude sucks n***x
