POPIA ACT DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY
NEITHER I NOR MY FAMILY HAS CONSENTED TO THEM HAVING OUR INFORMATION AND PESTERING US DAILY. YOU BLOCK THE NUMBER, THEY CALL FROM ANOTHER NUMBER. RIDICULOUS, THE WHOLE FAMILY IS GETTING CALLS, BUT THEY STILL KEEP CALLING. THE POPIA ACT ONLY EXISTS FOR SMALL COMPANIES NOT THIS IRRITATING COMPANY!

Terrible customer service
I app**** for a loan with "Blu Approved financial services"I was told I qualify for a loan of R15000 and my installment would be R1500 paid in 12 mouths.. given a watsapp number where I would send my documents to be verified this was last week Saturday and I will be getting money on Tuesday... Tuesday comes no money I call the number doesn't go through I watsapp on the number given only to be told to send my documents again I do that make a follow up, but no am being told to send documents again and again and again... So which means all of this was lies given false hope that I will be getting a loan but only for me to enroll on a financial product with 1Life. you selling lies I don't know how you guys managed to get such a big company like 1Life in this **** you guys are running there. "Blu Approved Financial Services" Such a dirty, horrible,dishonesty way of doing business toying with valuable people in need of money. Making one think they do qualify for a loan but 1st have to take up a policy to boost their score....a policy one doesn't even afford thinking it's going to be under 1 bracket with the loan installment....so much dishonesty."MBALI" if really you wanted to reach your incentive target please try another way sisi cause this 1 you are using is not so cool at all...

Unsolicited spamming.
Repeated spam calls from recording claiming to be on behalf of OMSA selling funeral cover. Unsolicited spamming despit my number being on the opt out list with direct marketing SA. I am not sure if this has anything to do with Old Mutual but the whole thing is harrasment and seems very suspicious.

****mers Pretending to sell insurance on behalf of Old Mutual. Apparently part of Blu Label Telecoms, so you just know they cannot be trusted as they seem to think that the ECA does not apply to them. BEWARE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Listed on truecaller as ****mers to protect unsuspecting victims.

I have app**** for the loan a week a go because I urgently need funds but first need one life insurance they have been quick to phone and get my details but now they are not quick to give me the money. If I still need to wait a week I will rather request the cancellation of the application
