unsolicited spam calls. I have opted out 3 times already. Legal action will be taken if I receive one more call.
Contacted them through their Let's Chat on the 23/8/21 @12:35 so that the cancellation of our contract would be canceled. As we would like to have moved over to their uncapped Special of R 750.00 Was told that we would be contacted by the cancellation department as they can move us over to the offer. Checked on our account status to see that our account has been canceled. No one has called even now and when I phone their 10213 number, I am lucky if the call lasts more than 15 seconds before being cut off twice. Now we are without internet and looking for a new provider from the start. They don't care about keeping clients.
