I app**** for a loan with "Blu Approved financial services"I was told I qualify for a loan of R15000 and my installment would be R1500 paid in 12 mouths.. given a watsapp number where I would send my documents to be verified this was last week Saturday and I will be getting money on Tuesday... Tuesday comes no money I call the number doesn't go through I watsapp on the number given only to be told to send my documents again I do that make a follow up, but no am being told to send documents again and again and again... So which means all of this was lies given false hope that I will be getting a loan but only for me to enroll on a financial product with 1Life. you selling lies I don't know how you guys managed to get such a big company like 1Life in this **** you guys are running there. "Blu Approved Financial Services" Such a dirty, horrible,dishonesty way of doing business toying with valuable people in need of money. Making one think they do qualify for a loan but 1st have to take up a policy to boost their score....a policy one doesn't even afford thinking it's going to be under 1 bracket with the loan installment....so much dishonesty."MBALI" if really you wanted to reach your incentive target please try another way sisi cause this 1 you are using is not so cool at all...
I have been having a query regarding my 6 months loan balance my account was debited on the 26th of September but when I check my mini statement on my app it showed that I didn't pay my September installment.i called the call center and was not happy with the feedback I left it hanging..so today at about 16h16 I get a call regarding the payment I missed so I ask this person it's male by the name of Sbongile who was rude to me didn't want to disclose his surname when I asked..even hung up on me while still talking to him...wanting to know where I should send my prove of payment for them to see I a debit order went through from my account.. I am so disappointed at the service I got I was once a call center agent and I know one should give out their name and surname when calling their customer and very wrong to hang up on a customer 😕 not sure how finchoice works.
