I bought a bed for R5000 cash on 27.04.2025. when the floor lady was assisting me, I specifically said "I don't want the bed on display", she assured me that there was a bad in the storeroom. After paying, the sales lady was taking the same bed on display to the transport, we had a huge argument because I was specific about what I wanted and eventually she said since they couldn't refund me as it was a holiday then I must take that one on display and they will send the delivery people to come and exchange when the stock arrives. Indeed they came 2 weeks back with another one that already had it "legs" attached and less than 5 days after delivery, it was already making noise. This one is worse than the one I came back with initially and I honestly don't have time to keep going back to the store to complain. I think at this time you should just come and fetch your bed and give me my money back. How can I have a bed making funny noise in less than 3 weeks? So please Astra furniture mall, you either give me a proper bed or pay me so I can get a proper bed somewhere else
