I bought a Mahindra Scorpio-N 4x4 Z8L from them in August 2024, trading in my faulty Scorpio-N 4x4 Z8 ( which went back to the dealership 16 times). On the first drive home, I noticed that there was a knocking noise on the front suspension, I test-drove the car on the Highway and took it back the next day. I received an email from the DP that explained it was a Tie-Rod end (this has obviously proven to be a misconception). The worksheet I only received last week showed it to be an Upper Ball Joint - The difference is that if the UBJ bolt loosened it would mean the whole wheel detaches. There have been numerous reports on this happening. I am not sure how this was let through the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), as it should have been a known issue.

A huge shout-out to Danie and Dawie of Atlantis Nissan Centurion for the excellent service we received when buying a secondhand vehicle for our son. They treated him like royalty and Danie's words to me were : To us it is a secondhand vehicle, but to your son, it is a brand new vehicle. Well done guys, you rock!

Taken my vehicle for a 120 000 km service and recurring brake problem which started after the master cylinder was replaced at 85 000 km . Now they find new reasons for brake failure. My be vehicle was bought new but every time after service it comes back with a new problem. There is no consistency in the service and quality of the work done and always get charged an rediculous labour and service cost. The vehicle is constantly going back to try and correct the new problems which occur after it was with them for a service or problem repair. This is a constant headach with this dealership.

There was a personal item stolen from my vehicle at the Honda Centurion service center. I called and reported it to the manager (Gerhard) who asked to send him an email. I sent an email which he did not respond to. I sent a follow up email adding the service manager Theunis and still did not receive a response. I even sent a query on the Honda SA website with no response. I've purchase two vehicles from the that dealership since 2010 and have since lost faith in the brand. I will not purchase another Honda. I plan on trading in my vehicle at another dealership.

Always used to take my car to Honda Menlyn, they actually broke my car and took ages to work on it. Now I am taking it to Centurion Honda and could not be happier.

Friendly service, the guys know what they are doing and the service staff are quick and responsive - always keeping me updated on the progress of work.
