All I can say is, if your a person that needs you car, dont let your insurance send your car here, because you won't be getting it back soon. On 28 October 2025, I was in a minor ish car accident, the left side fender was damaged but the biggest damage was the steering tirod/rack because immediately I couldn't pull my vehicle over because it felt broken obviously, the left side tire was even sticking out so immediately I knew the alignment are gonna be off and the steering rack will be damaged. My car then got towed to AT & T on the same day, from the day of the accident till 25 November 2025 they only STARTED working on my car. Some time passed again and on 3 December 2025, they said that they are only waiting for 3 more parts which they will receive on the Tursday of that week (4/12/2025) LITTRLY ONE DAY AFTER THE UPDATE. On 19 December 2025 we still heard absolutely nothing from them so I phoned them asking them if I can come to the panel shop to drop my number plates because I just got the vehicle in October. I went there the same day I phoned, the lady showed me that only the body work has been completed and the left headlight, BUT THE HEADLIGHT WASNT EVEN DAMAGED, the lady Then also said to me that the insurance (King price) are closed for the festive season so they won't approve my vehicles additionals, I asked them what additionals and she said oh no the steering rack because the insurance assessor didn't asses correctly and didnt pick up the damages of the steering rack. BUT HOW DID THE PANEL SHOP NOT NOTICE IT SINCE THE WHEEL WAS LITERALLY OUT OF PLACE!!!!!! Obviously I was very frustrated, I then left the panel shop. I phoned the again around 28 December 2025 and they said no the claim was approved by the insurance HOWEVER now the supplier for the parts are closed for the festive, they SHOULD get the parts anytime from the 1st of Jan 2026. Yesterday I phoned them once more, 6 January 2026, the lady then said to me we're back at square one waiting for the insurance to approve so I started questioning them what must be approved now because the last updated they said they needed 3 parts, then they said they got the parts, then they said that King price is closed for festive it's just stories after stories. I mean how do you keep a vehicle in your panel shop for 3 months with the only progress was the Minor problems? How did YOU as a panel beater not notice the wheel alignment is WAY off and check WHY the wheel is scew???? Still dont have my car, last update i got is apparently yesterday (6/01/2026) around 14:00 they received all parts and said it should be done next week...Will wait and see but HIGHLY doubt it due to lack of communication and stories not ligning up together. I honestly dont know how these people are still in business. I'd rather take my vehicle across the road to MF autobody next time.

I experienced very good quality repairs and great service from AT and T Auto Body. I won’t think twice about sending my vehicle to the team, if needed. Thanks to the team for going through everything with me and keeping me in the loop at every stage. My car looks great.

Worst experience i have ever had and would warn anybody about letting them work on your vehicle. My car went in with a little bumper damage that needed to be resprayed and headlights that needed to be changed after a little bumping a tow bar. Since being in there custody my engine mysteriously blew bending all my valves, the car was then repaired at my expense to be told my "new headlights" didn't work was returned to them they damaged the bumper while towing on a flat bed and it had to get resprayed again and then after receiving it a 3rd time i discover the lights are all after market and the housing is broken so my lights cant be set. Now i have to trust them a 3rd time to fix this. 3 Months of not having my vehicle. I am sure all these 5 star rating are them asking there staff to rate to TRY gain so credibility, but you only have so many staff member and will have so many more ****ed off clients.

Bad 👎 service since from the 1st of July 2025 till today my car is not fixed. Phillip general manager promised to call on Monday he did not. Always I'm calling them for follow up but they don't bother to call me as a client. Kindly help me I had enough I need my car now please 🙏 last week the was taxi strike I did not go to work hence I have car this is so inconvenient . I'm tired of begging them 😒 please I need urgent help. Unhappy customer

Bad 👎 service since from the 1st of July 2025 till today my car is not fixed. Phillip general manager promised to call on Monday he did not. Always I'm calling them for follow up but they don't bother to call me as a client. Horrible Service! They are always lying about the delivery of parts on a weekly basis after telling you that everything has arrived, and you need to constantly phone them and beg for updates! Every time I call I speak to someone different and each time they tell me a different story, this is so unprofessional! When you arrive there at the workshop you will indeed see that they haven’t even started on your car even though all the parts are there. I cannot believe that King Price uses such unreliable panel beaters!

Horrible Service! They are always lying about the delivery of parts on a weekly basis after telling you that everything has arrived, and you need to constantly phone them and beg for updates! Every time I call I speak to someone different and each time they tell me a different story, this is so unprofessional! This is probably the biggest *****s in the industry.. I had a minor vehicle accident which only caused body problems. These guys went and swapped my chev utility bakkie's ecu with a chev sparks ecu they caused more electrical damage to my vehicle than the body repairs they did. The vehicle was picked up again on the 29 the of June however it's been a problem getting my vehicle back ever since
