If I could give a negative score i would. The ********* behind the scenes favoritism as well as unlicensed personal put the school in extreme question, Quick to hide behind lawyers as scare tactics but when yo challenge back they then revert to silence whereby no even there lawyers respond anymore. There is evidence of gross misconduct by school management including directors/owners etc. There website regarding the school has some misleading information and there policy of all children are equal and deserving of a fair chance is not factual at all which i later found out from several other parents that had been subjected to similar treatment. If you want to scare your children for life and really not give them a great start to life then i would send them here otherwise i would say look at another private school or even government school as you children will be happier and better off, as bullying is rife and covered up.
Worst experience i have ever had and would warn anybody about letting them work on your vehicle. My car went in with a little bumper damage that needed to be resprayed and headlights that needed to be changed after a little bumping a tow bar. Since being in there custody my engine mysteriously blew bending all my valves, the car was then repaired at my expense to be told my "new headlights" didn't work was returned to them they damaged the bumper while towing on a flat bed and it had to get resprayed again and then after receiving it a 3rd time i discover the lights are all after market and the housing is broken so my lights cant be set. Now i have to trust them a 3rd time to fix this. 3 Months of not having my vehicle. I am sure all these 5 star rating are them asking there staff to rate to TRY gain so credibility, but you only have so many staff member and will have so many more ****ed off clients.
I am currently busy with a customer relations seminar and to get the call from Beverly, was an absolute breath of fresh air. Its no wonder with a team like that King price will grow to the #1 insurance company
My dealings with Senzo Shembe has been an absolute pleasure, from start to finish. His professionalism and calls to always follow up and make sure everything was in order was so refreshing.
During lock down i upgraded my telkom line from a 10mb ADSL line to a 20mb fibre line. I called telkom to notify them that i had recieved my router and that my fibre box was also installed that they should please cancel the ADSL line, the phone line as well as everything else that comes along with it. I was informed that it would all be taken care of and that i would only be billed for my Telkom/Vumatel 20/2 package which i believe was around R820 p/m for a 2 year contract. The following month i recieved a bill of well over R1000 to which i attributed to possible interim, however every month since then it has been the same to find out that i am being billed for BOTH my ADSL as well as FIBRE and that nothing has been resolved. Every time i call i am told my account is blocked and that i need to pay and i explain that i shouldnt be paying as its an unactive service but then am told i will be credited to which NOTHING IS DONE. The following month the same ****** story when i contact them or even go into the store, this is blatant theft, i am paying for a service that IS NOT BEING PROVIDED as i upgraded or so i thought to a better product. This has been going on now for 6 months as i informed telkom in April to cancel., and since then i have been paying double. Im sure when they credit my account it will be well over R7000 extra they have forced me to pay to fix a fault that never gets rectified. I sincerely enjoyed telkom and have been a client for the better part of 6 years however if this matter is not resovled with the relevant accounts being cancelled and credited and only my fibre line 20/2 being active and billed for then i will be left no other alternative than to go legal as this cannot go on any more. I cannot be held accountable for a bill that has nothing to do with me.
<p>I did not have any telkom line or anything in my house. I applied for a telkom line along with a 4mg ADSL line to be installed at my house expecting about a month long plus wait. To my surprise Exactly 1 week after ordering it i got a call from a telkom technician this morning saying they were at my home to install. I cannot believe how quick telkom was at getting this done as well as the professionalism of the instalation team that they sent. Thank you so much for such professionalism i sincerely hope that your after sales service maintains the good service of the sales service.</p>
