ONCE AGAIN.
I am writing to express my frustration with the vehicle I purchased from Audi Autohaus Centurion. The MAG wheels are damaged, and despite informing Audi Autohaus Centurion about my upcoming trip to Cape Town and the need for the vehicle to be roadworthy for a safe journey, the vehicle has not been adequately repaired.
My primary concern is how the vehicle passed a roadworthiness test given the reported issues. This raises significant doubts about the thoroughness of the inspection process and the vehicle's overall condition.
I urgently request a thorough review of this matter and a detailed explanation of how the vehicle was certified as roadworthy despite these problems. Please advise on the immediate steps to resolve these issues and ensure the vehicle is safe for travel.
