I have been trying to get hold of an agent to find out when I will be paid out BUT no-one answers calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages and don't get me started with the so called online portal. NOTHING but poor service from sanlam.
ONCE AGAIN. I am writing to express my frustration with the vehicle I purchased from Audi Autohaus Centurion. The MAG wheels are damaged, and despite informing Audi Autohaus Centurion about my upcoming trip to Cape Town and the need for the vehicle to be roadworthy for a safe journey, the vehicle has not been adequately repaired. My primary concern is how the vehicle passed a roadworthiness test given the reported issues. This raises significant doubts about the thoroughness of the inspection process and the vehicle's overall condition. I urgently request a thorough review of this matter and a detailed explanation of how the vehicle was certified as roadworthy despite these problems. Please advise on the immediate steps to resolve these issues and ensure the vehicle is safe for travel.
I recently purchased a preowned Audi A6 from Audi Autohaus Centurion, and unfortunately, the service I've received has been quite disappointing. I reported two issues with the vehicle: The speakers are damaged, causing a crackling noise. There is a noticeable knock when reversing. Despite sending the vehicle in for repairs, which took over a week, these problems persist. This leaves me questioning what was actually done during that time. Additionally, I am not impressed with the level of service I’ve received from the sales staff and the sales manager. I expected a much higher standard of service from a reputable dealership like Audi Autohaus Centurion. I hope these issues are resolved promptly, as this experience has been far from satisfactory.
So far I have to reactivate my fibre line a few times per day and when i phone the call centre all I get is a run around. No one seems to be able to help me get this resolved. Afrihost will take money off my account on time every time and I still get nothing but poor service from the call centre. I also have to keep phoning back to get to another call centre agent. This is nothing but POOR SERVICE. AFRIHOST PURE INTERNET JOY.......... WHAT A JOKE. Good luck in getting hold of a manager to help you.......
Never in my life have I had such bad service. I have had my S10 4x4 for 2 years now and I have had nothing but bad service from the day I drove off the floor with a “NEW” vehicle. To date I have had over 20 problems with this S10 from gearbox replacement at +/- 5000km to having the suspension replaced both front and rear more than once. I will never purchase a Mahindra ever again.
Dealing with Mahindra Rivonia is always a pleasure, thank you to victor from Mahindra Rivonia for keeping me updated all the time and making sure the repairs are done professionally. Mahindra SA needs to learn from Mahindra Rivonia what service is all about.
5 stars is not good enough for the service that I have received from both the billing and technical support departments. Thank you Celil for the extra service.
I am not impressed with the service that I have received from Mahindra Ravinia, the time it takes to get feedback and to have my Mahindra S10 4x4 repaired is unacceptable. I have to keep asking for feedback on everything.
