One of the best case studies: Customer Etiquette.

Audi Centurion worked on our car (Audi brand). After the challenges were brought to their attention, not only did they agree on negotiating the price but they went an extra mile and did the following: 1. They remained professional throughout. 2. They arranged a courtesy vehicle to meet us half way from the beginning of the fixing of the car until the end. 3. When I needed extra work to be done on the vehicle, I was assisted within the short notice. 4. I was allowed to negotiate the price without affecting the quality of the work on the vehicle

What makes this experience interesting is the fact that even on instances where we differed, we did so with respect throughout. I was treated like a decent and appreciated client.
