Terrible Service Audi Braamfontein

Paid a deposit and signed an OTP for a brand-new Audi. When I called to arrange collection of the vehicle, I was advised that the vehicle was sold to someone else and the dealership is still sitting with my deposit. I have requested a refund numerous times but nothing has been done. Was also promised that management will get back to me with answers to why the car was sold to someone else and no response from the salesman Lucky or management. I am now without a car or my deposit I paid for the car !!!

I would recommend you stay away from this dealer as it seems like they just want to rip customers off !!!
