Vehicle damaged during transit and company refusing to pay for damages they caused !
To Anywhere carrier brought transported our vehicle from CPT to JHB. They damaged the vehicle during the trip and are refusing to pay for the damages even though we have pictures and their driver check-in sheets showing no damage on the vehicle. Faith from TAC advised damage is too expensive for them to repair even though it was negligence on their part. We have been back and forth with them for almost 4 months now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE !!!

Terrible Service Audi Braamfontein
Paid a deposit and signed an OTP for a brand-new Audi. When I called to arrange collection of the vehicle, I was advised that the vehicle was sold to someone else and the dealership is still sitting with my deposit. I have requested a refund numerous times but nothing has been done. Was also promised that management will get back to me with answers to why the car was sold to someone else and no response from the salesman Lucky or management. I am now without a car or my deposit I paid for the car !!! I would recommend you stay away from this dealer as it seems like they just want to rip customers off !!!

Bitco - Worst Service provider
Pre sales they promise you the world, installation time you struggle with people who no clue what is going on. Can never get hold of the sales person once we signed up. Our business link has been down for almost 4 days. Logged a ticket and was promised someone would contact us to sort out the issue. After numerous calls made to Bitco nothing has been fixed nor has the ticket been updated ! We had had to continually call to get updated and get no where. They do not even reply to emails or social media.
