Audi Durban Central Poor Customer Service

I bought a brand new Audi in November 2019 and when I collected my new Audi A3 it had reverse cam installed but two days later it started falling and I advise Sales man about it and he called it in for fixing and two weeks later it started falling again after a long wait he called it in again and they decided to remove it completely and put PDCs.

The sensors installed were faulty and they went off immediately I put reverse gear. After a month those sensors went completely dead till today.

My main concern raised with salesman was the fact that these sensors are not working and when they were installed there was a damage on the back pumper looks like the area they clamped on, the car have squawky sound like there's something not clamped on properly and 1 side of the bumper is not properly aligned which is not fair as the car is less a year old and I bought it brand new.

I have escalated this matter to New Sale Manager but he has never feedback after acknowledging my email and concern.
