I bought a brand new Audi in November 2019 and when I collected my new Audi A3 it had reverse cam installed but two days later it started falling and I advise Sales man about it and he called it in for fixing and two weeks later it started falling again after a long wait he called it in again and they decided to remove it completely and put PDCs. The sensors installed were faulty and they went off immediately I put reverse gear. After a month those sensors went completely dead till today. My main concern raised with salesman was the fact that these sensors are not working and when they were installed there was a damage on the back pumper looks like the area they clamped on, the car have squawky sound like there's something not clamped on properly and 1 side of the bumper is not properly aligned which is not fair as the car is less a year old and I bought it brand new. I have escalated this matter to New Sale Manager but he has never feedback after acknowledging my email and concern. Your assistant in this matter will be highly appreciated.
CarTrack are scammers and they dont care about their existing customers. my car was stolen early last year and i didn't buy another one immediately and i called them and they told to cancell would be R1700 I couldnt afford it and I continued to pay monthly for a whole year without thier service, now i have bought the car and requested they install the tracker they are telling me i must pay R1400. Their staff are very arrogant when you speak to them they give you "a take it or leave it" attitude. My advise to anyone NEVER take their tracking system contracts, you will thank me later. I've been with this company for 6 years but when now i had this incident they cant help.

WHAT FRUSTRATES ME THE MOST IS THAT THEY LIE I GO EVERY WEEK TO DURBAN BRANCH TO CHECK THE PROCESS AND THEY HAVE SAID THE MONEY IS STUCKED WITH SARS AND TODAY I DECIDED TO GO TO SARS ONLY TO FIND THAT THE MONEY HAS NEVER WENT TO SARS. THEY ARE FULL OF NONSENSE AND THEY TREAT US AS DIRT AND UNEDUCATED STUPIDS. I WANT MY MONEY.</p>
<p>yesterday i bought Rock my soul 3 and i found 2 pieces in the package instead of 3. What irritates me the most is that this is not the first time. The other night i bought wings for R500 and it was short i thought it was an honest mistake because it was a big order. Second time i bought 12 wings they only put small ones with no drummett now this im sick and tired of Isipingo chicken licken</p>
<p>I've never been disrespected by an agent in this manner. She was very rude to and even hanged up on me when i was trying to make arrangments for this month.</p>

<p>I wss offered an early upgrade by cell C at the store and they couldnt complete my upgrade because system was not allowing them and i had to call their call centre to do it. and it was done when the device arrived it was not what i anticipated and i returned it within the 7 days, this was in April till today nobody wants to speak to me from cell c i've called severall time they make me to wait while they checking and i've never hold less than 30min and the worst times it was when i held for 2hrs and the guys went home left me on the line. i'm still charged the tarriffs of the upgrade that didn't happen from April. This contract is coming to an end in September i just want then to cancel the contract and i dont wanna deal with them any more it been 5 months trying to resolv this till to date <strong>NO ONE WANTS TO HELP ME AND RESOLVE THIS FROM CELL C. </strong></p>
