Incompetent Audi Durban Central

I purchased an Audi from Audi Durban Central about 1 and a half years ago.i called in the other day to confirm a service date for my vehicle and when I gave the lady my number plate she said that my number plate was showing up as a Polo Vivo. I said thats impossible because I own an Audi and she said that the system shows a Vw polo. I have then reached out to the sales person who sold me the car by the name of Blaine from Audi Durban central and he does not answer my calls or return my messages. He just says that the VIN number is fine. I then contacted his boss Ruan Benson and Ruan told me that if someone cloned my plates there is nothing he can do about it. have asked Ruan to update the system with my vehicle details and he said this would have been done yesterday but he has not done so.

This is pathetic service from Audi Durban Central. They sold me the vehicle and gave me the number plate. The polo apparently had the number plate before my car which means they have cloned the plate or not updated the system. Can Audi South Africa please assist or get competent people who can assist
