I recently found out that uConnect have taken out an Accidental Death Policy on my name without my permission. When I called in they said that this was a free benefit from them but yet the policy document does not have any meaningful information on and I have also asked for proof from uConnect that I have consented to them taking out this policy on my name. I spoke to an agent by the name of James and he had promised to email me proof but still nothing from them. I have called in today and this agent named James said he is still working on. This is extremely poor customer service and very concerning that an organization can take a policy out on your name without your permission. uConnect have still not contacted me as yet with proof and have not yet cancelled this bogus policy
I purchased an Audi from Audi Durban Central about 1 and a half years ago.i called in the other day to confirm a service date for my vehicle and when I gave the lady my number plate she said that my number plate was showing up as a Polo Vivo. I said thats impossible because I own an Audi and she said that the system shows a Vw polo. I have then reached out to the sales person who sold me the car by the name of Blaine from Audi Durban central and he does not answer my calls or return my messages. He just says that the VIN number is fine. I then contacted his boss Ruan Benson and Ruan told me that if someone cloned my plates there is nothing he can do about it. have asked Ruan to update the system with my vehicle details and he said this would have been done yesterday but he has not done so. This is pathetic service from Audi Durban Central. They sold me the vehicle and gave me the number plate. The polo apparently had the number plate before my car which means they have cloned the plate or not updated the system. Can Audi South Africa please assist or get competent people who can assist
I HAVE REQUESTED THAT LIBERTY LIFE CHANGE MY CONTACT DETAILS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS WHICH I HAD A HASSLE WITH THEN EVENTUALLY THEY CHANGED IT AND NOW THIS MORNING LIBERTY HAVE DECIDED TO CHANGE MY CONTACT DETAILS ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT MY CONSENT. REALLY INCOMPETENT STAFF AND YOU CANNOT DIAL ANYONE DIRECTLY. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR LIBERTY TO CALL YOU
I just want to say that the customer support service for the My Liberty portal is extremely pathetic and useless. I have been trying for the last few weeks to change my contact number. When ever I call their support number and choose the option to speak to an operator, the call cuts off. This has happened numerous occasions. I then emailed their pathetic support team who responds after a couple of days even though you get an automated response stating that they would get back to you in 24 hours. Someone has now responded with just my username which I already know and when you login to their pathetic portal it says you need to contact Liberty to change your contact number. I am totally lost with this Liberty Portal. They do not have proper competent staff and systems in place. I regret dealing with Liberty.
I was on an ADSL line for a few years with Telkom and it was stable. I then got a call from Telkom last year stating that they need to move me to LTE as they are removing copper. I asked the person if I will have to sign on a new contract as I was on a month to month and he advised I will still be on a month to month. Ever since going on Telkom's **** LTE network it has been horrible from day one. I called today to cancel and the lady says that I am on a 24 month contract although I didnt sign any contract. She said if I cancel then there would be penalties and advised that she and everyone else from Telkom cannot give me the penalty amount as they do not know. Please can someone from Telkom explain why I am on a new contract even though I did not sign one and can someone advise on this so called penalty amount
On 28th April 2020 I received an SMS stating that fibre is live in my area and the SMS also stated to send an email to kznfibre@vodacom.co.za which I then did. I received an automated response with a reference number the same day. I then also received another email stating that a person by the name of Mishan Ramnarain will be in contact with me. After not receiving any contact from Mishan Ramnarain I then emailed Vodacom KZN FTTH enquiring. Only after send that email did Mishan email me asking me for my contact number and a time that he can call. I emailed him my contact number and asked if he could call me at the same time. Mishan did not call. I then emailed Mishan again on asking when is going to call and no response. I have also emailed KZN FTTH today the 2 May 2020 and no response. If the service to call a client is so terrible I dont even want to imagine how terrible the service delivery is of Vodacom if you take on a service from them
<p>I took my phone in for repairs to WeFix La Lucia in January 2017. The phone was liquid damaged. I spoke with the technician a few days later after I received a quotation on 10 January 2017. He advised that after the touchpad is replaced the phone will be fine and that he tested the phone and there was no other traces of water damage and that all the other parts are fine. I called a week later and two weeks later and they said they were still waiting for parts. Eventually when the parts arrived they replaced the touchpad. When I called them for an update the technician said they are having issues with my phone. Last week I went to pick my phone up and he says that the mainboard is also now damaged and he does not advise replacing that as it is too expensive. My question is why did he LIE to me in the first place. If he had told me that he cant repair the phone i would have taken it somewhere else. I then spoke with the manager by the name of Vanessa and she advised that the regional manager will call me. Guess what.... nobody called me. Dont think the regional manager even exists, Pathetic service, lack of technical s****s and lies. I would like to see video footage of these idiots repairing my phone.</p>
