Very poor Service completed by this dealership would never recommend anyone to fix their car here. I brought in my dad's car for service and repairs - we asked the team to provide us with quote to fix the car to get it up and running again - we then asked if they could look at other things within the car that could possibly be wrong Car came back with a vibration on the steering and when pressing the gas, the remote battery is now not working after they claim to have fixed or calibrated it, warning light sign of the front light needing replacement. I am very disappointed

We bought our Audi A3 from Audi Centre East London. What a great experience we had. Our sales executive, Lindsay Marillier, kept us up to date from the first day until we collected our vehicle . He went the extra mile to make this experience a good one. Lindsay, thanks for your wonderful service and your friendliness. We never had to phone you, you kept us updated all the time. Even after we collected the vehicle, you still assisted us, and always with a smile on your face. Again, thanks for all your help. You are not only a salesman, you are a friend. We will recommend Lindsay to all our friends, family and colleagues. Mr and Mrs Koen.

I'm very disappointed with the service from NTT Audi East London, situated in Abbotsford. I need to book my car in for a service and I have been getting the run around since Monday, 21 December. I spoke to 3 of their consultants on the phone after making more than 5 calls. If I'm lucky enough for them to pick up, they then transfer the call and it rings until it gets cut. 2 of them took down my details and said they would call me back with the confirmation of my booking. What's more disappointing is that this is not the first time this is happening. The last time, in March, I had to call the Audi call center/head office for them to attend to my query.

I am driving AUDI A4 I.8T, I towed my car on the 14 October 2019 booked for it on the 15 October 2019. Its problem when I was starting it showed Parking Brake Malfunction. In their diagnoses these are the things they ordered bulb 0177326, Manifold, 8k2 721 401h cylinder bin m2f2, 000979 940 connector, bin m1c1, white 001 666 pin. I paid an amount of R28000.00 then. On Wednesday 13 November 2019 I drove the car again because its still having same problem, on Friday 15 November 2019 I experienced same problem, meaning that the diagnose was not correct. I am stuck with the car showing Parking Brake Malfunction, I need your help, seemingly they are fiddling in East London. On Monday 18 November 2019 I will be sending it for the third time. I need help, I am traumatised when I will be starting the car because I don't know whether it will start or not, I don't have confidence in East London anymore now.

<p>Morning </p> <p> </p> <p>I took my car to Audi East London for repairs because I got a warning sign saying "coolant" . They gave a quote on waterpump and thermostat and I paid lots of money. After few months I noticed that Im still getting the coolant warning and the I put the coolant and after few days I get the warning I took the car back to tell them about this and they checked the car and they said its the flange now. On the quote they mentioend the leak on water pump of which I believe they never repaired correctly. </p> <p>They said I must for repairing the leak and I feel its unfair because I took the for the warning sign "coolant of which Im still getting.</p> <p>The treatment was not right.</p>
