I'm very disappointed with the service from NTT Audi East London, situated in Abbotsford. I need to book my car in for a service and I have been getting the run around since Monday, 21 December. I spoke to 3 of their consultants on the phone after making more than 5 calls. If I'm lucky enough for them to pick up, they then transfer the call and it rings until it gets cut. 2 of them took down my details and said they would call me back with the confirmation of my booking. What's more disappointing is that this is not the first time this is happening. The last time, in March, I had to call the Audi call center/head office for them to attend to my query.
We booked flights for my nephew and niece for this morning from EL to Johannesburg. Their ages are 12 and 9 respectively and the booking went through successfully. Only for the 9 year old to be turned back at the check in counter this morning because according to your agents, she cannot be supervised by her 12 year old brother (whom is considered an adult by Kulula's booking policies by the way). Now one of them is back and the other still in EC and going to miss yet another day of school because they failed to stipulate that a 12 year old cannot travel alone with a child. On top of that, the evening flight is fully booked and we cannot get her on it with an "adult". Now we have to look for other means of transport because there are no validation checks on the Kulula website (if adult is > 12 years then proceed with booking, else decline). Now how are we to get my niece in Joburg in time for school tomorrow? and how will we get a refund for the mess up? my sister was told to write an email, but we all know it could take forever for that email to even be read? and what must happen in the meantime?
<p>I took out a cellphone contract with Telkom in March this year. for the first few months they did not debit the amount agreed upon until they started debiting large amounts in June. at enquiring, I was told one debit order had bounced and therefore the amount debited from my account was an accumulation of how much I owed them from March till August. I found myself owing an amount of R627 in total which was transefered to Nudebt late August/early September. Come September they still took R834 from my account (R627 + Sept bill). Since then I have tried to get the money paid back into my account, needless to say all my efforts have failed and nobody even bothers to call me back and give me feedback on the case.</p> <p>The latest note on my case, which is case number ********** 9, was made on the 5th of November on that I would get a refund no later that 10 working days and just like that the case was closed. but having thoroughly checked my account statements, no money came in from Telkom at all. And what makes me even more angry is that they even had the audacity to debit cash from my account just last week when they haven't given me back what is due to me.</p> <p>If there is a way to terminate this contract then I will gladly take it because Telkom Mobile has been nothing but rude and unprofessional towards me.</p>
