I'm very disappointed with the service from NTT Audi East London, situated in Abbotsford. I need to book my car in for a service and I have been getting the run around since Monday, 21 December. I spoke to 3 of their consultants on the phone after making more than 5 calls. If I'm lucky enough for them to pick up, they then transfer the call and it rings until it gets cut. 2 of them took down my details and said they would call me back with the confirmation of my booking.
What's more disappointing is that this is not the first time this is happening. The last time, in March, I had to call the Audi call center/head office for them to attend to my query.
