It is unfortunate that Audi SA cannot assist me with making sure that Audi Northcliff takes accountability for their own mistake/actions. As stated in the letter point 3 which reads as such “When purchasing a vehicle , it is important that all details are clearly communicated between the relevant parties and that all concerns are addressed at the point of sale”. Reference to the is point is what the dealership failed to do at the point of sale, hence I have now found myself in this current situation which unfortunately does not favor me. The fact that the sales consultant that I dealt with at the time,no longer works for Audi Northcliff should even be something that I’m told about. The consultant was under Audi Northcliff’s payroll and as such representing the dealer in the deal. This to me shows no good faith by the dealer to me as a customer to try and mitigate a wrong doing done by one of their employees and I must say it lives such a bad taste about the dealer together with the brand Audi itself. I must again reiterate that had I known about this information that I now know about the car I would not have considered the deal at all. This to me says that Audi Northcliff misleads customers and does not care about the after sales but are only concerned only about their profits. • My wish was for Audi Northcliff to take back their car and pay it off, however that is clearly not going to happen when looking at your response. • Audi Northcliff get’s me my car that I traded in back and they take their car • Alternatively that Audi Northcliff purchase an extended warranty (AFP) for the car in question because as it stands the current one is going to expire before the mentioned date of 7 March 2021. The current proposal that Audi Northcliff has only favors them and has no regard for me as a customer. I thought Audi Northcliff would try and resolve this issues amicably considering, but they basically told me to go JUMP TO THE NEAREST RIVER. Had this issue been reported by a white person am sure they would have gotten what they wanted, but because am black, female and single they are taking me for a ride.

I'd like to send a big shout out firstly to Charlene Botha who's the Customer Relations Manager at Audi Centre Northcliff, as well as Service Advisor, Deon Scheepers and lastly the Dealership itself for making the perfect decision to put these two individuals in front of customers. I am thrilled for the quality of service provided by these two. I sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability you have demonstrated in attending to my dispute. I have, and will continue to, recommend your services to others. Whilst the issue is not yet completely resolved but I could not be more satisfied with what you have done so far and we look forward to continuing this relationship. Thank you.

Yesterday Audi Northcliff sold us a car that has a nail in the back tyre. We immediately brought this to their attention, John the manager came and saw the tyre himself. His solution was that the tyre will be plugged which I told him is unacceptable as in this case we need a new tyre. He has refused to see reason both him and Mark whom I assume is the dealer principal. This is the worst service I expected from a brand that deem themselves to be a “Premium Brand”. What was supposed to be a milestone has turned into tears for my girlfriend!

Yesterday Audi Northcliff sold us a car that has a nail in the back tyre. We immediately brought this to their attention, John the manager came and saw the tyre himself. I would like to complain about the absolutely terrible service i received from Audi Northcliff. I have been trying to get a problem sorted out on my vehicle for nearly a month now and keep getting zero customer service from this branch. I get promises that they will call me back but i am yet to receive a call from someone that actually matters in the branch. If i could rate Audi Northcliff from the service i have received i would give them a minus 5. I have spoken to a certain Deon guy that promises the world but never follows through. In fact he has forgotten twice in this month about my problem and i am yet to get followup. In fact i have called them 4 times this month following up on the matter and i am yet to receive a call back regarding the problem. I called again Today the 22nd and was promised follow up but nothing as per usual. I EXPECT A LOT MORE FROM A BRAND SUCH AS AUDI, PERHAPS AUDI SA NEEDS TO KNOW OF THIS POOR SERVICE? ....after 8 years this is a huge disappointment to me. Audi Northcliff...Do you actually care??? Perhaps i will get a call before my maintenance agreement lapses... Highly disappointed.
