I would like to complain about the absolutely terrible service i received from Audi Northcliff. I have been trying to get a problem sorted out on my vehicle for nearly a month now and keep getting zero customer service from this branch. I get promises that they will call me back but i am yet to receive a call from someone that actually matters in the branch. If i could rate Audi Northcliff from the service i have received i would give them a minus 5. I have spoken to a certain Deon guy that promises the world but never follows through. In fact he has forgotten twice in this month about my problem and i am yet to get followup. In fact i have called them 4 times this month following up on the matter and i am yet to receive a call back regarding the problem. I called again Today the 22nd and was promised follow up but nothing as per usual. I EXPECT A LOT MORE FROM A BRAND SUCH AS AUDI, PERHAPS AUDI SA NEEDS TO KNOW OF THIS POOR SERVICE? ....after 8 years this is a huge disappointment to me. Audi Northcliff...Do you actually care??? Perhaps i will get a call before my maintenance agreement lapses... Highly disappointed.
I Signed up for an LTE Telkom Mobile contract about 1 year ago. I Have had about 6 months or regular billing and the rest is just overcharge after overcharge after overcharge. After eventually speaking to a person in Pta that understood what i was saying they sorted out my billing. Again the last two months they keep over billing me and leave my complaint open. line keeps dropping and they don't even phone you back. Again i am left being billed with no recourse. Are Telkom not in Breach of their contract by doing this? What can be done legally to stop this from happening? Any help will be appreciated..
I have logged this on Zodiacs customer service website that states please give us 24 hours to reply and it has now been 48 and yet i have zero response, so now i am forced to use Hello Peter, so here it goes<br> <br> I have replaced my mx8 pool pipes 3 times in 3 years under warrantee from our local Zodiac Agent Riaan pools but the last time i went there they stated that the pipes are no longer under warrantee. When i asked i was told that they supplied what they had so obviously the replacements were still of the bad batch that kept breaking even though i was told they were the newer improved versions and these will last. Obviously old stock as well as the date states on the pipes themselves. I no longer want to deal with Riaan pools as they are only supplying what they have and they complain that they replace at their costs and wait forever to get replacement stock.<br> I cannot afford to replace 10 pipes every year at a price of R90 EACH. Ridiculous.<br> <br> Please get back to me to sort this out. I love the machine it really does well in my pool when it does not suck additional water in through the leaking pipes or air from outside. The MX8 does not suck...the pipes do!!!!!!<br> <br> Please help!!!
arrived at KFC drive through,lady in front of me hooting because no one is at the drive through window. she eventually left. after I got to the window I shouted and hooted then eventually got a lady that was apparently in the back cooking. after taking my order and being told the order was x I get to the payment window to find a completely different amount. another driver behund us also leaves because no one at window again. after asking what the problem is I was told they were short staffed crazy bad Service. close the drive through if that's the case. The food was also completely drowned in the white mayonnaise sauce making it impossible to eat without a huge mess. had to ask for sugar and spoon that should have been supplied from the drive thru wwindow.then to find out we asked for one of the burgers not to have egg on and guess what egg. KFC Greenstone you have lost a loyal supporter and with our offices being within walking distance from your franchise I doubt anyone will be buying from you soon either.
