Have always been a fan of Audi Centre Umhlanga, where I purchased my previous Audi A1. However, my admiration for their after sales satisfaction rose to new heights when RAJEN BISNATH went not just an extra mile, but 100 miles to ensure that a replacement rear-view mirror lens that was urgently needed was procured and fitted within 48 hours! He is a true exemplar of what it takes to retain valued customers. I have no hesitation in recommending Rajen and this dealership to anyone for their new or previously-owned Audi.

Have always been a fan of Audi Centre Umhlanga, where I purchased my previous Audi A1. Valuing Customer Service before Sales!
I was very impressed with Ashley Naicker's service when he assisted me with a temporary permit and hen affixng number plates onto my new vehicle purchased at another Audi Dealership! Great to see customer service being placed before sales. We'll done Ashley!

Audi Maintenance Plan a flop!
Audi Freeway Plan which is meant to be a full Maintenance Plan does not cover your battery. After purchasing a demo vehicle, almost 3 years later the battery stopped working. Audi Umhlanga did their tests mentioning it was parked off for over 4800 hours and the average should be 1000 hours... this is the reason they do not want to cover the battery as mentioned by their arrogant manager. They refuse to take into account that the vehicle was parked off prior to purchase and has over 65 000 km on the odometer to date, which common sense would tell you that their reading is of no fault to me, the vehicle owner. This now brings into question what other fine print this manufacturer has in place to ***** over their customers. I'm sure the general public will think the same.
