Audi Maintenance Plan a flop!

Audi Freeway Plan which is meant to be a full Maintenance Plan does not cover your battery.

After purchasing a demo vehicle, almost 3 years later the battery stopped working. Audi Umhlanga did their tests mentioning it was parked off for over 4800 hours and the average should be 1000 hours... this is the reason they do not want to cover the battery as mentioned by their arrogant manager.

They refuse to take into account that the vehicle was parked off prior to purchase and has over 65 000 km on the odometer to date, which common sense would tell you that their reading is of no fault to me, the vehicle owner.

This now brings into question what other fine print this manufacturer has in place to ***** over their customers. I'm sure the general public will think the same.
