I'm having the same problem that I see quite a few people have complained about here. I cancelled my membership 4months ago and they STILL keep charging me monthly! I've emailed customer services. They keep saying they cannot help me and that I must sort it out telephonically. They give two numbers that do not work and then after a good few emails said I should use the online "live chat" and gave a link. It also does not work! I cannot keep having these deductions for a service I do not want. They have even confirmed that my account was cancelled. They have even too said that I do not have an account on the email address that I'm using, which I still continue to get notifications from Audible on! This is highly frustrating and has grown to a substantial amount of money that I need back. I do not understand how Audible services South Africa without an appropriate help/service structure!
