Beware of deals and cars from Suzuki Northcliff and perhaps Suzuki as a whole. I received a faulty car. The last thing I expected was parts that were misaligned! My boot didn't close properly and my steering column groans. Their response each time was that the batch of cars my Metallic Grey 2017 Suzuki Swift came from was just like that. They took it in several times to give it back in the same condition or oil up the steering column. To top it off, they also claim that my car is not on extended warrantee, which was a part of the deal the sales person said they were putting in for me to get my business! They deny any knowledge of a sort and they dodge my questions, calls and complaints about it. Very unethical business and a HUGE disappointment for my first vehicle purchase that I had worked long and hard toward!
I'm having the same problem that I see quite a few people have complained about here. I cancelled my membership 4months ago and they STILL keep charging me monthly! I've emailed customer services. They keep saying they cannot help me and that I must sort it out telephonically. They give two numbers that do not work and then after a good few emails said I should use the online "live chat" and gave a link. It also does not work! I cannot keep having these deductions for a service I do not want. They have even confirmed that my account was cancelled. They have even too said that I do not have an account on the email address that I'm using, which I still continue to get notifications from Audible on! This is highly frustrating and has grown to a substantial amount of money that I need back. I do not understand how Audible services South Africa without an appropriate help/service structure!
