I called Arthur's due to an emergency. Two of the glass shelves of my TV unit collapsed and broke, causing some of the decoders / wi fi connections, etc to disconnect and some still hanging onto the connections. I was immediately assured that someone would come the same day to attend to the problem. As I have a Bed and Breakfast establishment, the repair was required urgently. Two gentlemen arrived, adhered to all the Covid 19 protocols, attended to the collapsed items, re- positioned the equipment on the remainder shelves, ( which they also had to re-position ) and fixed the problem in no time at all.
