I had a homeloan account with FNB since 2005. The property concerned has been paid off more than 10 years ago and I have just been paying the monthly administrative fees iro this account. I app**** for a reasonable small amount to be withdrawn from this account almost 3 weeks ago....and this application has still not been processed. I filled in all the required forms upon my application and NOW ONLY, ( 3 weeks later!) I receive an e mail stating that they cannot pay out the funds as I have R 48.25 credit in my account and I must first fill in another 4 page document, produce my 3 months bank statement and ID again, in order to withdraw myu R 48.25, before they will consider my "Applcation for payout of Funds" of this small loan I am requesting. Thankfully I dont bank with FNB and have my personal and business accounts with another bank, who is far more competent and service orientated. I will keep Hello Peter readers updated as to when and if ever FNB will attend to my application.
I visited the Newton Park, PE/Gqeberha offices of MTN due to my issue not being solved telephonically by the call centre ( after being put though to 6 people and then being cut off ). I was pleasantly surprised with the good service that I received from Olwethu Nomsobo at this office. She was friendly, knowledgeable and sorted out my issue in no time. Keep up the good work. The reason for the 4 star is for MTN as their call centre is useless but I received 5 star service from the office and customer care agent mentioned above.
The worst customer servive that I hae ever encountered. My contract came to an end and I was called by an agent to extend the contract at the same price ( actually R 1 less per month ) for the next 24 months. I agreed to this. I had all my documentation ready when the courier came to deliver. However the courier's device could not read my fingerprints and he refused to deliver despite me having my ID document and prooo of address, banking details etc to show him. The next thing I hear is from an sms from MTN stating that my contract has not been extended and that it is now R 50 more per month on a month to month basis. I called MTN and after being put through to 6 different people, every time being put through to another person and every time being told it is the wrong department. Finallly I was just cut off after being told that I will have to stay on a month to month basis as the time had lapsed for extension of my contract. I WILL BE MOVING TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AS THIS IS JUST ABSOLUTE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I received excellent service from Elroy regarding confirmation of my reservation on Qatar Airline. I made a typo error on the passenger name and could not rectify it myself on line. Also, the card payment had issues. She sorted out both problems asap and now looking forward to my flight.
I received excellent service when I purchased 12 batteries which needed replacement for my solar energy system. The Battery Power Zone team arrived on the same day to remove the old and install the new batteries. All the staff, i.e the sales team and the installation team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I will definitely recommend this company should anyone require batteries of any kind as they have a large amount of stock available.
I called Arthur's due to an emergency. Two of the glass shelves of my TV unit collapsed and broke, causing some of the decoders / wi fi connections, etc to disconnect and some still hanging onto the connections. I was immediately assured that someone would come the same day to attend to the problem. As I have a Bed and Breakfast establishment, the repair was required urgently. Two gentlemen arrived, adhered to all the Covid 19 protocols, attended to the collapsed items, re- positioned the equipment on the remainder shelves, ( which they also had to re-position ) and fixed the problem in no time at all. Well done Arthur's.
Erika Richter provided amazing service with the claim iro our cat's accident claim. On the same day the claim was lodged, we already received an e mail showing the approval of the claim and received the money in my account the very next day! Tiggers even received an e mailed "Get well" card from Dotsure, proving their real concern for our pet's well being. Rebecca was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with a decision iro which policy I should upgrade my pet to when I wanted to upgrade. She was able to answer all my questions relating to which cover would I qualify for, the cost thereof, etc. Very friendly. I would recommend Dotsure to anyone considering to purchase cover for their pets.
Wow, this was the first time that I had to submit a claim to Dotsure for my fur baby. Chantelle Groenewald handled my claim and it was finalized in one day! Amazing service. I will recommend Dotsure pet insurance to all pet lovers.
