Title: Warning: Below Standard Vehicles Sold at Auto Alpina, BMW Sandton Review: I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a vehicle from Auto Alpina, BMW Sandton, and the experience has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. It is imperative that I share my experience to warn potential clients of the below standard vehicles being sold at this dealership. From the outset, promises of a 6-month warranty and assurances of any issues being promptly addressed were made by the salesperson. However, these turned out to be nothing but empty words. Upon delivery, numerous undisclosed faults, particularly concerning the vehicle's roof with evident rust marks and paint deterioration, were glaringly obvious. It is evident that these issues were deliberately concealed to make the vehicle appear more appealing. Furthermore, the dealership's response and communication have been shockingly inadequate. Despite being given a 48-hour timeframe by the Motor Industry Ombudsman to respond to my concerns, they failed to do so until well beyond the stipulated deadline. This blatant disregard for customer service and satisfaction is appalling. In summary, my experience with Auto Alpina, BMW Sandton, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. The vehicles sold here do not meet the expected standards, and the dealership's lack of transparency and professionalism only exacerbate the issue.
